Tapioca Starch
Tapioca starch is excellently suited for use as a starch in food production. The application possibilities are numerous and the properties of tapioca starch highlight its high quality. Be it as a thickening agent or a stabilising agent, it is very similar to potato starch which is why it is often used as an equivalent substitute and is a very popular native starch.
